As AI changes the content and learning design landscape, we are looking to find our future niche. Depending on who we are today and what we seek for our future, we find ourselves exploring options. In Creative Agni’s recent “Resurrect your Creativity” workshop, we discussed the importance of rejuvenating and powering up our critical thinking and creativity.
In past, trainers learned instructional design so that they could craft great training plans and powerup their training delivery. IDs, eLearning content designers, and technical writers who have already spent years perfecting the skill of creating great content, should find out if the time has come when they step out of the shadows and connect with their audience.

A few sheets of paper, a non-digital writing instrument (pen/pencil), and the participant's continuous audio and video presence will be required.
